New event this year! Three nights of camping in three different locations from the Cascade Range to the Coast Range and finishing up in the Umpqua River valley. Three hot dinners and continental breakfasts w/coffee will be included. Planned routes (or make your own). We will be starting at the Lost Prairie group site west of Santiam Junction. The next stop will be at Moonshine Park on the Siletz river. The final destination will be Eagleview BLM site south of Elkton. All destinations are provided so if you can't come for three nights, come for two! We have some great routes mapped out by our resident Route Master sure to bring smiles and surprises to riders young and ~~old~~ well not as young. There will be ample opportunity for detours whether you're looking for a shorter route or one with less pavement.

Dinners

9/17 Pasta w/meat sauce, green salad, dinner rolls, dessert

9/18 Grilled Brats (Chicken or pork), baked beans(meatless), fruit salad, dessert

9/19 Grilled chicken, potato salad, green salad, dessert

Continental breakfast each morning including Coffee, hot water and typical continental breakfast fare.

Q4 Annual Meeting (October 03, 2026)

It’s time to begin making plans to get your motor runnin’ and head out on the highway to the BMWRO Q4 Annual Meeting!

This will be a luncheon meeting held at the Best Western Plus Agate Beach Inn located in Newport, Oregon on Saturday, October 3rd at 12:00pm.

This year-end gathering will be a ride-in affair. Enjoy an elaborate BBQ buffet at noon, followed by our Annual Meeting, at which we’ll review club operations and announce the newly elected trustees. We should be done by 2pm.

Following the meeting you’re on their own, and there are so many options! Make a weekend of it and stay right there at the Best Western (call 541.265.9411 and ask for the BMW Riders Of Oregon guest room rate),or choose from the many hotels, motels, or inns in the area with widely varying price ranges. For those in town for the evening there will be a reception held at the beachfront Allred Hotel at 5pm.

Don’t think you can make it in time? Come the night before; make a day of it and visit Nye Beach, the Bayfront, the Aquarium, South Beach Park, Yachats or Depoe Bay; stay for dinner - there are so many restaurants from which to choose; make it a stop as part of a larger ride; or even ride home - the possibilities are endless. It’s all up to your adventurous imagination!
