Join us at the Grant County Fairgrounds, nestled in the scenic Strawberry Mountains, John Day Oregon, for a weekend of terrific riding, seminars, food and fellowship. This historic city is located at the Junction of Hwys 395 and 26. Enjoy the West’s best riding; gold and cattle country, refreshing mountain passes, painted hills, river canyons, and wide open desert. All this in one day’s riding! Visit the John Day Fossil Beds National Monument or any of four different museums. Begin planning your trip now! Oregon is for Riders! Come to John Day and see what we mean!

Green grass camping.  Free showers.  Door Prizes.  Vendors.  Rider Awards. Seminars.  Beer Garden.  Complimentary morning coffee & tea.  Guided rides (paved and GS routes).  Maps for self-guided rides (paved and GS routes).  Motorcycle movies each evening.  Live music Friday evening featuring Stu Kinzel, Jim Roy, & Steve Beaudry; their American Roots & Blues is sure to have you moving!  

Note:  Those who arrive early to the fairgrounds on Wednesday will be expected to pay the fairgrounds privately at the camping kiosk for Wed night camping.  


On-Line Early Registration is March 1st through June 15th.   Early registration includes 3 nights camping, Fri & Sat dinner tickets,  door prize ticket and rally pin.   

If you wait to register at the gate, your registration will not include meal tickets.  A limited number of meal tickets will be available for purchase at the gate for $15.  Gate registration opens at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2019.  Gate registration will be $45 for BMWRO members and $60 for non-members.

RALLY T-SHIRTS:  Arrangements have been made to provide you with choices in T-shirt styles, fabrics, and colors as well as a sweatshirt option.  Rally shirts will be available by on-line orders only. 

BREAKFASTS:  Breakfasts will be available for the first 150 hungry riders Friday morning and for 200 hungry riders Saturday morning from 6am until the food runs out. Breakfasts are $9 each morning. All proceeds benefit Calvary Horse Camp for Urban Girls.  
Stumble out of your tents and straight into breakfast!  This is a great way to “kick-start” your days and maximize your riding time.

FRIDAY DINNER:  Brenda Coley of the Snafflebit Dinner House will serve up BBQ chicken breast, loaded baked potatoes, green salad, vegetable, bread & dessert.  (Vegetarian option is Mac & cheese with tomatoes and peas.)

SATURDAY DINNER:  Friends of the Fair will be serving Beef lasagne, green salad, bread and dessert.  (Vegetarian lasagne is an option.)  Proceeds from Saturday dinner will be used to help remodel Keerins Hall.

There are restaurants within a few blocks of the fairgrounds.   


Vendors will be available beginning at 3:00pm on Thursday June 27th and 9:00am-5:30pm on Friday and Saturday , June 28-29.    Vendors will be set up in the Pavilion and outside near the Town Square and the Main parking lot.  Of the following listed vendors, some are unable to attend the rally, but all are generously donating door prizes.
