The “Four Amigo’s on RT’s” gathered at the corner of Green Hill Road and Hwy 126 on a bright and sunny morning. The folks who guess the weather got this day right. It was proving to be a beautiful day. With Tewk’s on point and Gladys and Fred bring up the rear, we headed off. The roads were a bit slimy, green in a few spots, but not enough to dampen our spirited ride. We rolled into Florence about noon and Doug did well to sniff out the Siuslaw Coffee Roasters for us. After a few hot beverages it was time to depart for Eugene.
On our way out the door I asked an employee of the coffee house if she would mind taking a group image. “Of course not” she replied. Jokingly, I asked her if she knew how to use my iPhone camera. “Absolutely,” she responded, “I’m a teenager!” So what’s the lesson of the day…. If you ever have a question about new technology forget about calling technical support. Just, go next door to your teenage neighbor, hand them your phone, tablet, or laptop and say, “Just Do It!”
