In the spirit of you can't have too much of a good thing, we've got another mad dash for you to enjoy after Labor Day. Join us on Saturday, 7 September, as we race up the map and to the left, before having lunch in Chinook, WA. We'll ride the ridge of the Tualatin Range before spilling down Rocky Point Road onto US-30. Then we'll scoot through Scappoose back to OR-47, where we'll climb Clatskanie Mountain before surrendering to US-30 again. But don't be sad...we have the Westport Ferry (have $4 handy) to look forward to! A tour of the best roads Wahkiukum and Pacific counties have to offer will deposit us in Chinook, where lunch will be served at the Old Fishtrap. Afterward, we'll cross the Astoria Bridge and loop along Young's River before finding OR-202 for the chase home.

If that sounds like the way to put an exclamation point on summer riding, come join us! We'll gather at the usual watering hole, BMW of Western Oregon.
